PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Master in Project Management (MBA) program helps students develop the ability to solve real-world management problems, and to exercise sound management judgment through practical application of project management concepts and skills. Projects can range from organising a companyâ€™s move into new premises to such activities as the building of a multimillion dollar petrochemical plant, the development of a new hotel complex, or the implementation of a new computer system. The ability to manage projects is an essential skill which major employers expect their senior and middle managers to possess.

Course objectives

Allows the development of an advanced understanding of the issues that confront the financial management of multinational corporations, acknowledging that the growth of world trade and investment has created a demand for managers to appreciate the increasing importance of financial matters on a global scale.
